Terms & Conditions
Event Organiser: Blitz Golf events are run by Blitz Golf Pty Ltd (ABN 98 631 004 316) (the Promoter, we, us).
Terms are binding: Tickets are sold or given, and entry is granted, on the condition that you accept these Event Terms and Conditions and any other rules issued by the Promoter or the host golf club (Event T&Cs). By buying or using a ticket you agree to the Event T&Cs.
Authorised ticketing: Tickets are only valid if bought from Flicket (flicket.io) or another seller approved in writing by the Promoter (Authorised Ticketing Agency). Tickets bought from any other source may be cancelled without refund.
Tickets
• Entry is granted on presentation of a valid barcoded ticket (mobile, PDF or printed) issued by an Authorised Ticketing Agency.
• Each barcode admits one person, once. Lost, stolen or copied tickets will not be replaced without proof of purchase; the first scan is treated as the valid one.
• All tickets include general admission, fan activations, live DJ and access to the course areas open to spectators. Food, drink and merchandise are extra unless stated on your ticket.
• VIP and add-on products include only the inclusions described at the time of purchase.
• Resale: tickets may not be resold above face value, used for promotion or advertising, or bundled with other goods without our written consent. Tickets used in breach may be cancelled without refund.
• Purchase limits: we may cancel tickets bought above published limits, including across orders linked by name, email, billing address or card.
• Name changes and transfers: where offered, Flicket can rename or transfer tickets up to 48 hours before the event. A fee may apply. Once transferred, the original buyer has no further rights to that ticket.
Refunds
• Tickets are non-refundable except as set out in these Event T&Cs or where required by law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or, for UK events, the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
• Change of mind is not a reason for a refund.
• Refunds are paid to the original payment method, less booking, transaction and ticket protection fees unless the law requires otherwise. Allow up to 10 business days.
• If you bought ticket protection, claims are handled under the ticket protection provider's terms shown at checkout.
Weather, postponement and cancellation
Blitz Golf is an outdoor event and plays in most weather. We may delay, suspend, shorten or modify play, or change the format, schedule or holes in play, where weather, course conditions or safety require it. Our decision is final.
• Event proceeds (including shortened or modified play): no refund. This includes heat, rain or wind, and play suspended for lightning or safety.
• Event postponed: your ticket is valid for the new date. If you can't attend, contact us within 14 days of the announcement for a refund of the ticket price.
• Event cancelled and not rescheduled: you will receive a refund of the ticket price.
• Venue change: your ticket remains valid. If the new venue is in a different city, you may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement.
We will email changes to the address used at purchase and post them on blitzgolf.net and our social channels.
Players and program
The player field, starting holes, timings and activations are subject to change. Advertised players may withdraw. No refund is given for changes to the player field, format or program.
At the event
Entry
• Have your ticket ready to scan at the gate. We may refuse entry to anyone without a valid ticket.
• Bags and belongings may be searched as a condition of entry. If you refuse, you may be denied entry without refund. Prohibited items will be confiscated and not returned.
• No pass-outs unless announced at the event.
• We, the host golf club or event staff may refuse entry or remove anyone, without refund, who breaches these Event T&Cs or behaves in a disorderly, offensive, threatening or unsafe way.
Children
• All ages are welcome. Children under 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult (18+) at all times.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for children in their care, especially near water hazards, play areas and golf in progress.
On-course safety
Golf balls and clubs can cause serious injury. Walking the course is part of the experience and comes with risk.
• Stay behind ropes, flags and spectator boundaries, and keep off tees, greens and roped areas of play.
• Watch for golf in progress, listen for "fore" and take cover if you hear it. Balls may land in spectator areas.
• Follow the directions of marshals, scoring officials, golf club staff and security at all times.
• Stay still and quiet when a player is hitting. Don't touch or move golf balls in play.
• Golf carts and maintenance vehicles operate on site. Give way to them and keep clear of cart paths.
• Wear suitable footwear for grass and uneven ground. Heels and studs may damage greens and may not be allowed on course.
• If play is suspended for lightning or severe weather, move to the shelter areas staff direct you to.
Food, drink and alcohol
• No outside food or drink. Food trucks, the clubhouse and bars are available on site.
• You must be 18+ to buy or drink alcohol, and may be asked for photo ID. Supplying alcohol to a minor will lead to removal and may be reported to police.
• Responsible service of alcohol applies. Intoxicated people may be refused service or removed.
• Anyone found supplying, using or carrying illegal drugs will be removed and may be reported to police.
Smoking
Smoking and vaping are only allowed in designated areas, or not at all where the host golf club prohibits them.
Photography and filming
• Phones and personal cameras are welcome for personal use. Keep phones on silent and don't take photos or video during a player's swing unless the hole host invites it.
• Professional equipment, commercial filming and drones need written approval from the Promoter.
• The event will be photographed and filmed, including for broadcast and social media. By attending, you consent to appearing in this content and to its use by the Promoter and its partners in any medium, without payment.
Seating
Chairs, picnic rugs and low-profile seating are allowed in general spectator areas but must not block walkways, sightlines or play.

The following are not allowed (this list is not exhaustive):
• Gazebos, tents, pop-up shelters, canopies and large umbrellas
